Oatmeal Biscuits Makes 24  

150 g (5 oz) Be-Ro Self Raising Flour
150 g (5 oz) medium oatmeal
pinch salt
75 g (3 oz) caster sugar
75 g (3 oz) margarine
milk to mix

1 Heat oven to 180C, 350F, Gas Mark 4. Grease some baking trays.
2 Mix the dry ingredients, rub in the margarine.
3 Add sufficient milk to make a stiff dough.
4 Roll out thinly and cut into 7.5 cm (3 inch) rounds.
5 Place on the baking trays and bake for about 15 minutes.
